The above referenced Application is open to inspection at the office of the Town of Lansing Planning Department located at 29 Auburn Road, Lansing, New York.  Persons wishing to appear at the hearing may do so in person or by Attorney or other representation. All interested persons or representatives thereof will be given an opportunity to be heard.

The above-referenced proposal has been submitted to the Town of Lansing Planning Board for site plan approval for a proposed Bed & Breakfast. The site is located at 1524 Ridge Road in the R-A Rural Agricultural Zone in the Town of Lansing.

The above matter is tentatively scheduled for consideration at the June 10, 2013 Planning Board meeting for site plan approval. The meeting is open to the public and comments at the meeting are welcome.
