LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF LANSING ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS





            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Lansing, New York, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 @ 7:00 PM at the Lansing Town Hall, 29 Auburn Road, Lansing, New York, at the following time and on the following matter:



Consideration of an Application made by Lawrence Fabbroni, P.E. Agent for Asbury Hill Subdivision, Tiger Lily Lane , Tax Parcel (s) # 41.-2-46 & 40.-3-2.12 for an Area Variance from, Section 504, Schedule II, Footnote #5; Minimum Road Frontage Requirements for Flag Lots of the Town of Lansing Land Use Ordinance and Section 606 (A) of Local Law 2 of 2008, Subdivision Rules and Regulations of the Town of Lansing. The existing lot currently has 20’ of road frontage, whereas 30’ is required for a Flag Lot.



The above referenced Application is open to inspection at the office of the Town of Lansing Planning Department located at 29 Auburn Road, Lansing, New York. Persons wishing to appear at the hearing may do so in person or by Attorney or other representation. All interested persons or representatives thereof will be given an opportunity to be heard.



Individuals with visual, hearing, or manual impairment and requiring assistance should contact Rachel Jacobsen at the Town of Lansing 533-7054 at least 48 hours prior to the time of the Public Hearing.
