PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Lansing, New York, will hold Public Hearing(s) on Monday, March 28, 2016 at the Lansing Town Hall, 29 Auburn Road, Lansing, New York, at the following times and on the following matters:
6:30 Public Hearing (s): SEQR Determination of Environmental Significance Review and Preliminary/Final Plat Approval on the Applicationof a Major (4) Lot Subdivision submitted by Boris Simkin, Agent for Westview Partners, LLC,. The Application is for a Major 4 Lot Subdivision known as “Sun Path Development”, located in The Town of Lansing, on Sun Path Road, Ithaca, New York, 14850 and otherwise known as Tax Map Parcel # 42.-1-2.25
The above referenced Applications are open to inspection at the office of the Planning Department at the Town Offices located at 29 Auburn Road, Lansing, New York. Persons wishing to appear at the hearing(s) may so in person or by attorney or other representation. All interested persons or representatives thereof will be given an opportunity to be heard.
