            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Lansing, New York, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 @ 7:00 PM at the Lansing Town Hall, 29 Auburn Road, Lansing, New York, at the following time and on the following matter: 

Consideration of an Application made by David Burns of Duramax Builders, Agent for Harry Ash, of 1163 East Shore Drive , Tax Parcel # 48.-2-27 for an Area Variance from, Section 503, Schedule I; Schedule of Land Uses or Activities of the Town of Lansing Land Use Ordinance. Mr. Ash is requesting to construct a two-story Garage/Workshop/future Residence (1850 Sq. Ft.) on his 0.71 acre parcel (30,927 Sq. Ft.) which currently has one existing Residence.  The Town of Lansing Land Use Ordinance for the L1 (without Lake frontage) District requires 40,000 Sq. Ft per Dwelling Unit.

The above referenced Application is open to inspection at the office of the Town of Lansing Planning Department located at 29 Auburn Road, Lansing, New York. Persons wishing to appear at the hearing may do so in person or by Attorney or other representation. All interested persons or representatives thereof will be given an opportunity to be heard.

Individuals with visual, hearing, or manual impairment and requiring assistance should contact Rachel Jacobsen at the Town of Lansing 533-7054 at least 48 hours prior to the time of the Public Hearing.
