LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF LANSING ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Lansing, New York, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 @ 6:35 PM at the Lansing Town Hall, 29 Auburn Road, Lansing, New York, at the following time and on the following matter:

Consideration of an Application made by Agent, John Young on behalf of Novalane Subdivision of East Shore Drive, Tax Parcel # P/O 36.-1-17.40 for an Area Variance from, SECTION 504, SCHEDULE II; AREA FRONTAGE, YARD HEIGHTS AND COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS of the Town of Lansing Land Use Ordinance. Mr. Young is requesting to create a new lot on a curve of the existing Reach Run Road. The required road frontage is 150’ whereas, the Applicant only has 116.14 ‘.

The above referenced Application is open to inspection at the office of the Town of Lansing Planning Department located at 29 Auburn Road, Lansing, New York. Persons wishing to appear at the hearing may do so in person or by Attorney or other representation. All interested persons or representatives thereof will be given an opportunity to be heard.

Individuals with visual, hearing, or manual impairment and requiring assistance should contact Rachel Jacobsen at the Town of Lansing 533-7054 at least 48 hours prior to the time of the Public Hearing.
