LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF LANSING ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS





            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Lansing, New York, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 @ 6:30 PM at the Lansing Town Hall, 29 Auburn Road, Lansing, New York, at the following time and on the following matter:



Consideration of an Application made by Rick Uhl, of 197 Lansing Station Road, Tax Parcel # 23.-1-2.1 for a Use Variance from, Section 503, Schedule I; Schedule of Land Uses or Activities of the Town of Lansing Land Use Ordinance. Mr. Uhl is requesting to continue the non conforming/non permitted use (Multi-Family Residence). Multi-Family Residences are not permitted in the L1 (Lakeshore) District.



The above referenced Application is open to inspection at the office of the Town of Lansing Planning Department located at 29 Auburn Road, Lansing, New York. Persons wishing to appear at the hearing may do so in person or by Attorney or other representation. All interested persons or representatives thereof will be given an opportunity to be heard.



Individuals with visual, hearing, or manual impairment and requiring assistance should contact Rachel Jacobsen at the Town of Lansing 533-7054 at least 48 hours prior to the time of the Public Hearing.
