TOWN OF LANSING PLANNING BOARD
December 14, 2015
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Lansing, New York, will hold public hearing(s) on December 14, 2015 at the Lansing Town Hall, 29 Auburn Road, Lansing, New York, at the following times and on the following matters:
6:35 Consideration of SEQR Review and Preliminary Plat Approval on the Application of H. Floyd Davis for a Major 16 Lot Subdivision of which one is considered a “Flag Lot’ known as “Lake Forest Circle”, on Lake Forest Drive, Lansing, New York and otherwise known as merging and subdividing Tax Map Parcels # 32.-01-37.428, #32.-01-37.441, #32.-01-57.1, #32.-01-37.439 and #32.-01-440. This action is classified as an Unlisted Action, pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617.2(ak);. The Town of Lansing Planning Board will be the Lead Agency for this environmental review. The involved and Interested Agencies are determined to be; Tompkins County Planning Department, Tompkins County Health Department, The Lansing Town Board, NYS Department of Environmental Conversation, Southern Cayuga Lake Inter Municipal Water Commission, The Lansing Highway Department, and The Lansing Recreational Pathways Committee.
The above referenced applications are open to inspection at the office of the Planning Department at the Town Offices located at 29 Auburn Road, Lansing, New York. Persons wishing to appear at the hearing(s) may so in person or by attorney or other representation. All interested persons or representatives thereof will be given an opportunity to be heard.
