NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Lansing Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 6:30 PM in person at Town Hall, 29 Auburn Rd:
PUBLIC HEARING: For the purpose of receiving public input and comments upon an application made by Perry Cook, owner, 87 Armstrong Rd, for the proposed subdivision of a ~9.92 acre lot (TPN 38.-1-14.1), in the R1 and R3 Zones, into two lots: Parcel B - 4.52 acres; Parcel C – 5.2 acres, and a lot line adjustment, Parcel A, of .21 acres.. The property is in the RA- Rural Agricultural Zone. This is an Unlisted action under SEQR 617.4 environmental review.
At the time and place of such Public Hearing, the Planning Board will take statements, testimony, and evidence from all persons interested in the subject hereof and concerning the same. This is an Unlisted action under SEQR 617.4 environmental review.
