NOTICE TO BIDDERS

#2 AUBURN ROAD DEMOLITION PROJECT

PRC# 2024000179

The Town Board of the Town of Lansing will receive sealed bids until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at the Town Clerk’s Office at 29 Auburn Road, Lansing NY 14882 for the Town of Lansing #2 Auburn Road Demolition Project located at #2 Auburn Road, whereafter all such bids shall be opened and read. All bids received pursuant to this notice will be publicly opened by the Town Clerk, or her designee, and read aloud at the Town Hall Board meeting room.

Project specifications and bidding documents are available at the said Town Clerk’s Office for any interested bidders.  To request the documents electronically, please email Jessica Hall.

All bids must be accompanied by a certificate executed pursuant to §103-d of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York. These certificates are available from the Town Clerk.

The Town Board of the Town of Lansing reserves the right to reject any or all bids offered.
